SCHOOL MEALS & PAYMENTS
Ordering & Paying for School Meals
School Meals must now be ordered in advance via the Arbor App. To place an order:
1. Log in to your Arbor account https://support.arbor-education.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020147458-Logging-In-to-the-Parent-Portal-Parent-App#h_01HG8E8G6D2KKRKT5M6C1X1675
2. Select Meals
3. Choose your child’s options for the required dates (there is a 48hr cut off point).
We require 1 weeks' notice if your child moves from having a packed lunch to a school meal or vice versa. This is to help our kitchen team when preparing and ordering food.
IMPORTANT: if your child has a known allergy or special diet, please ensure that you contact the School Office.

Cost of School Meals
The current Price for school meals in £2.80 per day (£14.00 per week).
​
Payments for Nursery and KS2 should be made in advance and can be paid weekly or termly.
​
Universal Infant Free School Meals
Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are currently all entitled to a free school meal.
​
Please note, once your child goes into Year 3, you will have to start paying for School Meals, unless you qualify for "Free School Meals". Please see the information below.

Free School Meals
If you are on income support or receive certain other benefits, your child is entitled to a free school lunch. It could be worth around £360 per year to you and your child. If you think that you may be entitled, then please apply.
